Sortiva

Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 21, 2026

Accessibility efforts, reporting barriers and alternatives for Sortiva applicants, references and employers.

Our accessibility goal

We aim to make Sortiva usable by applicants, references, employees and employers, including people using keyboards and assistive technology. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a certification or a claim that every page and workflow currently conforms.

Applying and participating

Applicants can provide the core screening answers in writing without agreeing to an AI phone call or explaining the choice. Both formats reach employer review. Contact the employer to request a human conversation, a different communication format or another reasonable accommodation. You do not need to disclose a disability to decline optional AI screening. References can decline an AI process and ask the employer for another way to respond.

Known limits

We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. Phone networks, third-party tools, uploaded documents and employer-authored content can introduce barriers. Automated checks and individual browser checks do not establish complete assistive-technology support. Please report a barrier so we can investigate the specific workflow.

Report a barrier

Use our support page or email our contact address below. Include the page or task, what happened, the browser or assistive technology if relevant, and a preferred way to reach you. Do not send passwords, patient information or unnecessary applicant records. We will review the report and work with you on an appropriate alternative; no fixed response time is promised.
