Pricing questions
Is a card required for the free trial?
Yes. We take your card when you start the 7-day trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
What do included voice minutes and texts cover?
Voice minutes currently cover AI applicant screening. AI reference calls and all texting workflows are unavailable. Plans list text allowances, but those allowances do not mean messaging is enabled or usable today.
What happens if we use more than the included amount?
Additional capacity is optional. You can add credits for more screening calls; nothing is added automatically. Trial accounts get a smaller trial allowance.
Does Sortiva make hiring decisions?
No. Sortiva asks your screening questions, organizes the answers and tracks the credential dates applicants report. A person at your company decides who to interview, hire or pass on.
Which plans include crew scheduling?
Crew scheduling is included in Shop and Growth. Employee text-in requests are not currently available.
