Cookies & Browser Storage
Last updated October 21, 2026
Browser storage includes cookies, local storage and session storage. These controls govern Sortiva's optional application analytics.
What the application stores
- Essential: Supabase sign-in/session information, access-lock and sign-out state, password-reset cooldowns, and the privacy preference (sortiva_privacy_v1). Sign-in storage may remain until sign-out or browser cleanup.
- Interface preferences: sidebar state (up to seven days) and demo display choices.
- Optional analytics: PostHog browser identifiers, sortiva_anon_id and anonymous signup-journey metadata. These are created only after analytics opt-in. Signup intent is removed after completion; withdrawal removes the application analytics identifiers from this browser.
Session replay and automatic click capture are disabled. Operational server, security, payment and communication-provider records are separate from browser analytics. Third-party services opened through links have their own policies.
Choose optional analytics
Essential storage: always active. Sign-in, account security, service operation and remembering this preference are separate from optional analytics.
This setting applies to this browser. It does not delete an application, employer records, or previously collected information. Use the privacy request options below for those requests.
Other requests
Blocking all browser storage can prevent sign-in and security features from working. Changing analytics preferences does not remove employer-held records or previously received analytics. See Your Privacy Choices for requests and the Privacy Policy for data handling.
