Report a Security Issue

Last updated October 21, 2026

How to report a potential Sortiva vulnerability privately and responsibly.

Send a private report

Email the contact address below with the subject “Security report” or use Sortiva support. Describe the affected page or feature, what you observed, the time and safe reproduction steps. Share only the minimum evidence needed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details, patient information or unnecessary applicant data. Keep any support receipt link private.

Keep investigation limited

Please use your own account and records. Stop if testing exposes another person’s information or could change or delete data. Do not access other accounts, bypass authentication, disrupt service, send unsolicited calls or messages, or publish sensitive details. This page is a reporting channel, not authorization for security testing or a promise of legal safe harbor or payment.

What to expect

We review reported issues and may request clarification through the contact method you provide. We do not promise a response or resolution deadline. For account access and ordinary product problems, use support. If your report contains personal information, the Privacy Policy explains how support and security records are handled.

Security information

The Trust Center and Privacy Policy describe company-scoped access, private file storage, consent controls and transcript redaction safeguards. Automated checks can miss sensitive data and do not remove disclosures from audio. No system is perfectly secure. We do not claim an independent certification, penetration test or audit on this page.
