Sortiva Scheduling texts — employee consent information

Last updated October 25, 2026

This page explains Sortiva Scheduling, the text line employees of businesses that use Sortiva can use to send scheduling requests. It is information only: it is not a job vacancy, not a sign-up form, and nothing entered here is saved or sent.

Sortiva is operated by Katie Haakonson under the name Sortiva.

1. What this program sends

Automated, fixed Sortiva replies to an employee who texted a scheduling request (time off, availability, shift change or withdrawal), and, where the employer has enabled it, a fixed weekly schedule notice. The only details filled in are facts: the employer name, the week, the first shift and a private schedule link. Employers cannot write or change these messages, and request decisions are shown in Sortiva, not sent by text. This program never sends marketing, applicant messages, or employer-written text.

2. How employees opt in

The employer gives the employee Sortiva's scheduling number together with the notice below, before the employee texts it for the first time. Texting the number is the employee's choice and is never required to keep a job. An employer may also record scheduling-text permission when adding the employee in Sortiva.

Sortiva Scheduling: text this number to send time-off, availability or schedule-change requests to your employer. By texting it you agree to receive automated Sortiva replies about your requests and, if your employer enabled them, weekly schedule notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: sortiva.studio/sms-terms · Privacy: sortiva.studio/privacy

3. Exact messages

These are the exact texts the system sends, read from the same source the server uses.

  • Request received

Sortiva Scheduling: we received your request and sent it to your employer for review. This message does not mean the request has been approved. Schedules can change, so please keep an eye out for updates. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

  • Needs clarification

Sortiva Scheduling: we got your message but couldn't tell the exact date or time. Your employer will see it as needing clarification. You can text again with the exact date and times, like 10/20/2026 9am-1pm. Nothing has been approved. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

  • Withdrawal received

Sortiva Scheduling: we received your request to withdraw an earlier request and sent it to your employer for review. Until they review it, nothing changes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

  • Withdrawal not matched

Sortiva Scheduling: we couldn't find an earlier open request to withdraw, so we sent your message to your employer to clarify. Nothing has changed. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

  • Number not matched

This is Sortiva's shared scheduling line. We couldn't match this number to a single account, so we can't process your message here. Please contact your employer directly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

  • Weekly schedule notice (example values)

Your employer: your schedule for the week of 2026-10-26 is ready. First shift: Mon Oct 26 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Central). Yours only: sortiva.studio/s/… Reply STOP to opt out.

  • HELP reply

Sortiva: For help, email connect@sortiva.studio or contact the employer you work for or applied to. Reply STOP to opt out.

  • STOP confirmation

You're unsubscribed and won't get any more texts from us. Reply START if you'd like to opt back in.

4. Frequency, rates, STOP and HELP
